A note to everyone- The rules are something that MUST be read first. Even if you think you already know them, we operate a bit differently. Reading and remembering our rules is to your benefit. The rules can be found here- RULES
G-MODS have same power as admins minus the suspending and banning.
Admins, yes have power but only with in the limits that Deidara and I (upon discusion) choose.
Mods have not as much power as G-MODS but can issue warnings in a post, lock, move, and other stuff, but have to tell an upper staff member about continual offenses.
Top/elite ninjas are kage. You must have 800 posts, mostly role-playing (a slight exception for staff). You have to apply, have 10 or more people in your village, follow the rules, and are not a staff member. (I believe your village has to vote on you for kage)

All of the villages are on edge. They all are prepped to go to war, but they are not sure who with. The answer: will only be revealed once you register. So come on and join a brand new Naruto RP!!

bella swan and edward cullen are happily married, things are looking up for the cullen family and the rest of the vampiric world. but the cullens are not the focus of this particular story. as usual there are villians and heroes but just who they are is yet to be determined. a small group of humans has an awareness of what lives among them and what exactly it is they do. will these humans grow in numbers and strength? will they expose the secret that the vampires and wolves strive so desperately to keep? or will the volturi quash their futile attempts to display to the world what lives among them?
amidst the chaos, the natural order remains. covens still fight to gain territory and members. packs still absorb one another, destroying cultures and lives. and perhaps worst of all, wolves and vampires are ...disappearing. where are they? have they been killed? what exactly is the nature of these abductions? the question on everyone's mind: who will be next?

I squinted upwards over the crowd as my wolf gently nudged me with his wet nose. I was here in the village hidden in the clouds for the festival. I always thought that one of the best way to understand a group of people was to see how they celebrated things. I didn't know too much about the festival itself but i was willing to learn. I tossed my long blue braid over my shoulder before i tried to get a better look at the Raikage. I had heard roumers about her and was interested to see if any of them were true. Valo, my wolf, gave a slight whimper as I accidently stepped on his paw. "Oh my gosh im soooo sorry Valo!" I exclaimed as i knelt down to look at his paw. I smiled since nothing seemed to be broken. I frowned. 'great' i thought to myself. 'now im really lost.' my confusion could be seen on my face as my wolf tried to lick my gloves reassuringly. "Maybe someone can tell us where an inn is or something." I said, reaching down to scratch his ear.
