The rules can be found here- RULES G-MODS have same power as admins minus the suspending and banning. Admins, yes have power but only with in the limits that Deidara and I (upon discusion) choose. Mods have not as much power as G-MODS but can issue warnings in a post, lock, move, and other stuff, but have to tell an upper staff member about continual offenses. Top/elite ninjas are kage. You must have 800 posts, mostly role-playing (a slight exception for staff). You have to apply, have 10 or more people in your village, follow the rules, and are not a staff member.
